PhD course on Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative dementias
A student who has met the objectives of the course will be able to
1. Learn about the epidemiology, clinical course and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias
2. Get hands-on experience with the application of brain imaging modalities, cognitive testing and neuropathological methods in AD research
3. Understand the neurobiology of AD
4. Analyse at a basic level typical imaging, neuropathological and neuropsychological findings in the most common dementias
5. Have insight into epidemiology, clinical coruse and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias
